Product introduction
KL30 series intelligent float liquid (boundary) level transmitter is a liquid (boundary) level transmitter developed and produced by introducing foreign technology. It is composed of intelligent processing unit, measuring chamber, inner buoy, torsion tube assembly, etc. The change of the liquid level of the measured medium causes the change of the buoyancy force on the inner float, which changes the resultant force on the torque tube and transmits it to the torque tube assembly so that the torque tube and the mandrel deflect simultaneously. The deflection displacement is detected by detecting the detection device fixed on the mandrel of the torque tube, and the intelligent processing unit converts the offset into 4~20mA signal output. The intelligent processing unit can detect changes in ambient temperature and linearize the output signal, as well as compensate for changes in liquid density due to changes in process temperature. KL30 series intelligent liquid (boundary) level transmitter provides standard 4~20mA current signal output, on-site LCD liquid crystal display, and can provide HART and other communication functions.
