Product introduction
CV1 check valves have been widely accepted and used in various industries for many years. A wide range of terminators are available for all types of installations. NACE compliant materials and oxygen cleanings are also available, along with an extensive list of structural materials. Operating pressures up to 3000 psig (206 bar) and operating temperatures from -10°F to 400°F (-23°C to 204°C). Each check valve is tested at the factory for cracking and resealing performance with a liquid leak detector. Each check valve is cycled six times before testing. Each valve is tested to ensure that it seals within 5 seconds at the appropriate reseal pressure.
