Product introduction
The PR1 series valve is a valve that reduces the inlet pressure to a certain required outlet pressure by adjusting it, and automatically maintains a stable outlet pressure by relying on the energy of the medium itself. The pressure reducing valve is designed for use in laboratories and laboratories. Use point gas systems, sampling systems, zeroing, range and calibration analyzer gases, special and industrial cylinder regulators, chromatograph flame detector fuel supplies.
Product characteristics
Designed to minimize contamination and accurately regulate any corrosive, non-corrosive or toxic gases
Brass models provide additional economy in the control of non-corrosive media
The metal-to-metal diaphragm seal with the valve body ensures minimization of inside and outside leaks and the coiled diaphragm provides excellent accuracy and long service life
Panel mounting is available
Maximum inlet pressure 3500 psig (241 bar) outlet
Pressure range 0-25 psig (0-1.7 bar), 0-50 psig (0-3.4 bar), 0-100 psig (0-6.9 bar), 0-250 psig (0-17.2 bar), 0-500 LBS/sq. inch (0-34.5 bar)
Designed to withstand 150% maximum rated pressure
Leakage inside: airtight outside: designed to meet ≤ 2 x 10-8 atm cc/sec He
