Standard

Our PH10 sensor series revolutionizes the field with its NAFION ion barrier reference technology, robust plastic construction and non-metallic solution grounding. With long service life in the harshest environments and outstanding ease of use in any application, the PH10 sensor has become the industry benchmark for PH/ORP sensors. These innovative features are also available for the 12mm Smart and analog PH12 sensors.

In applications with high temperatures up to 121 ° C (250T) and temperature cycle changes, the PH10 sensor maintains extremely high accuracy and has twice the service life of comparable sensors.

This unprecedented stability in the harshest process environments is due in part to PH10's unique pH glass formulation. Flat glass design enables self-cleaning for longer service life. Dome glass, on the other hand, runs longer and more accurately at higher temperatures.

12mm pH standard feature

The PH12 series includes the first PEEK sensor in the process industry, making it a durable 12mm pH sensor for use anywhere.

It has a flat film induction electrode and no metal connection parts. Its gold-free solution grounding is a standard feature that enables sensor diagnostics in a cost-effective platform.

Smart pH measure

Schneider Electric now offers a comprehensive portfolio of Smart pH and ORP measurements. Smart sensors have integrated electronics that process analog signals internally and digitally transmit adjusted DH, ORP, and temperature readings to a transmitter or PC. Schneider Electric's SmarpH family includes Smart versions of PH10, PH12 and 876PH as well as Smart pH PC interfaces.

The Smart pH sensor has built-in non-volatile memory that contains factory data such as date code and model number, calibration data, sensor history, and diagnostic information. Smar sensors can be calibrated by skilled technicians in the laboratory and then put into use at a measurement point where calibration data is uploaded from the sensor to the transmitter.

By connecting the Sman PH10 or PH12 sensor to the Smart876Ph, advanced features such as sensor service prediction can be enabled. Sensor Service prediction uses calibration data and event time cutoff from sensor history to predict when maintenance, such as cleaning or replacement, is needed.
