Brief introduction of advantages

Type 876 loop powered electrochemical transmitter series

The Model 876 is a feature-rich and easy-to-operate transmitter family that can be combined with Schneider Electric's broad range of electrochemical sensors. The product is a 2-wire loop power supply device with electrically isolated 4-20mA analog and HART digital signal outputs. Calibration and configuration can be performed using a local keyboard/display interface, HART handheld communicator, or PC-based Field Device Tool (FDT) certified DTM (Device Type Manager). The 876 series is intrinsically safe and can be used in hazardous locations. All 876 series products offer continuous sensor/transmitter diagnostics. The user interface has two levels of configurable password protection and complies with the NAMUR standard and the European EMC Directive 2014130/EU. The housing complies with IP66 and NEMA 4X protection ratings.

The 876PH can be used with analog or Smart (digital) pH, ORP, or PH/ORP combination sensors or with analog ion selective electrodes (ISE). The Smart version 876PH-S is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Russian with instructions and a backlit LCD indicator.

Models 876CR and 876EC are used with contact and electrodeless conductivity sensors, respectively. Both feature a variety of temperature and concentration curve options and can be configured to switch between up to 3 measurement applications, the 876CR is paired with a contact conductivity sensor with a cytokine of 0.1 to 10 cm-1, and the temperature and concentration curve is suitable for ultra-pure water and a variety of chemicals. The 876EC is available in a variety of submersible and flow-through electrodeless (ring) conductivity sensor selections.

875 line power series electrochemical analyzer

In addition to the analog measurement functions described above for the 876 series, models 875PH, 875CR and 875EC offer additional functions in line-powered meters. The 875 series is available in panel mount and field mount versions, both with large backlit LCD displays. The 875 analyzer offers dual analog output and optional HART digital output. In addition, dual configurable relay contacts and digital input are available to support remote holding control and application switching functions. The 875CR has two conductivity channels that can be configured separately.
